April CER and DREAM REWARDS!

Spring is in full bloom, with summer shining right around the corner! How are you planning to keep your business strong all the way through to fall? I have a few hints for you!

Set your goal - how much do you want to make a month? How many girls nights out do you need?
Make your plan - figure out how many parties you need to meet your goal. I would use the estimate of $500 sales ($125 commission) for a home party and $200 sales ($50 in commission) for a catalog/online party.
OVERBOOK!! This is THE time of year you're going to have cancellations, and that's okay! Life happens! Be prepared by booking 2-3 more parties than you need for your goal. Worst case scenario you'll have a ton of extra commission, right?!

Be watching our Facebook group for unconventional party ideas that will help you fit in those parties in the busy summer months. And with that, let's get to celebrating!

Christmas rush edition!

So your director has been living her life in turmoil - our family is in the process of relocating from Victoria, TX to Dayton, TX. My husband has been working in our new location for over 8 weeks now, so I have struggled in a big way with my responsibilities these past two months. July CER

Hello Rubies!

Welcome to the fall season!! Did you know that many direct sales consultants do 65% of their business between the months of September and November. WHAT?! There is so much potential out there for you, and you are armed with a brand spankin new catalog that is sure to excite your customers!

We are in the middle of Fall Business Boot Camp on our Facebook group, getting our business whipped into shape for this biggest selling season. Conference and RSS In the Books!

Another National Conference is in the record books, and it was an AMAZING one! There is nothing in the world like the pink bubble of conference and I know I came back on fire for my business! I will be designing a business boot camp for us to complete sometime in the next couple of weeks! The "exercises" will be based on learning classes from National Conference and will be designed to whip your business in shape for Fall. June CER

Hello Rubies!!

June is usually a slow month, but we had some amazing sales! As we move into July and we are all working hard for RSS, I know we are going to have an awesome month. So many of you have had awesome ideas for working towards your goals and you are really inspiring me, so thank you! I know our August newsletter is going to be full of WOOOO HOOOO!

I'm trying out a new format for the newsletter using blogger. Right now it's a public page, we may need to change that as we move forward but for test purposes I'm leaving it alone. I can't wait to hear your feedback! As we move into a new catalog season, I want to remind you that most direct sales companies do 55-60% of their TOTAL YEARLY SALES from September to December! That's HUGE ladies! And there's never a better time to start a new financial venture than when you're saving up for Christmas, so be on the lookout for that friend that is looking to make a little extra money. She could be your next team member! So, without further adieu, let's get to celebrating!
